The parcel of land bounded by C, D, Chase, and Gregory Streets in Pensacola is still commonly referred to by residents as “the Blount School,” although the school that once thrived there was permanently closed in 1982.
The buildings unfortunately weren't salvageable and had to be demolished in 2012.
Now, it's back to the original plan.
Build a neighborhood.
Pensacola construction firm ParsCo is making it happen- and we are sticking to the same plan from 1906!
Garden District Cottages.
Twenty-six homes with green space in the middle.
The property will be developed with a minimum of six houses utilizing the City Housing Incentive Programs and the remaining home sites developed as market based.
